Vintage Design
This is an absolute stonker of a shop counter. The counter dates from approx. c1880 and is solid mahogany a stunning rich red colour. This late Victorian Counter has 6 large deep drawers set off by long turned solid mahogany handles with chrome backplates the drawer fronts are chamfered all the way round. It has a super solid mahogany countertop all in one piece of mahogany. The counter stand on a concaved plinth just emphasising the true quality of the piece. This is a real eye catcher and would suit many commercial settings all high end this as we have displayed it would look stunning in country store or high-end boutique setting. Pieces such as this to this high quality and condition are becoming rarer and rarer.
