Vintage Design
A nice 3-seater sofa designed by Kho Liang Ie and manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1950.
The piece has a black plywooden base, beautifully balancing against the tilted shape of the seat and backrest. This use of shapes creates a nice harmonious design to this modern piece! It is upholstered in a wonderful green fabric that gives the piece a nice mid-century appeal. A comfortable and stylish addition to any interior!
It remains in good, vintage condition with new upholstery and minor wear to the frame consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
