Early 20th Century Limoges Egg Shape Box

This charming artist signed Limoges box has been made in the form of an egg and sports a hand painted blue floral motif. The exterior is a robin’s egg white color. The box is finished with antiqued gold metal trim bearing an embossed pattern and also has an antiqued metal rosette latch at the center. The lid lifts to reveal a white interior.
