Vintage Design
A beautiful safari style folding chair, designed by Peter Karpf and manufactured by Tripp Trapp Skagerak in Denmark around 1960.
The chair is made high quality oak wood in a nice, warm brown colour. The beige / brown leather seat and back are nicely connected to the frame and the armrests have a sling structure that very nicely compliments the piece’s style! The metal crossbars allow a folding mechanism for easy storage of this elegant piece. It combines style, quality and practicality and would make a wonderful addition to the decor with an impressive seating comfort as well!
This lovely piece remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina..
