Rare piece! Magnificent butcher hub dating from the beginning of the 20th century in beech and standing wooden tray allowing you to be able to scratch both vertically and horizontally (to remove fat).
Two cast iron beef heads adorn the upper part. A metal plate is fixed to be able to magnetize the knives and utensils. Two large drawers with brass handles in the shape of a shell.
Two doors on the bottom and sliding and closing in a plinth.
The tray is in good condition even if it shows some deformation of the butcher’s work.
